The Operate Team is responsible for day to day production support of its applications.
The successful applicant will work on Distributed Applications Support primarily on Transfer Pricing Domain.
Activities performed include: production monitoring, performance tuning, problem resolution, systems analysis, testing and post implementation support.
Applicant would be part of L2 Production Support team involved in Day to day production issue/user queries resolution. He should be dynamic and flexible to adjust to priortize workload ensuring all assigned issues are resolved in timely manner.
Promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
Some unsociable work hours will be required to provide overnight support and weekend working.
Candidate must have a computer graduate degree and should be in Application Support Analyst role with a good knowledge of:
Broad understanding of Distributed Systems technologies
Excellent knowledge of SQL, Oracle
Unix (including shell scripting)
Additional/advantage Skill/knowledge
OFSSAI Technologies, Profitability module
Basic Knowledge of web application Server
Basic Knowledge of Batch scheduling
Basic Knowledge of ETL
Source code management products (SVN, Clearcase)
