Accountabilities:

Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.

Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.
Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance.

Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation.

Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services.

Jobs & Responsibilities: (Grade: Manager or Senior Manager) 
Acting as the main custodian of the branch liaising with the main office to enhance operational activities of the branch, soliciting new business and managing existing clients 

Working with all branch personnel to meet or exceed the annual sales target 
Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive sales presentation to customers 

Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns and reporting sales activities 

Responsible for lead tracking, call log management, commission requests, expense reports, submission of proposals, job modeling and profit forecasting 
Creating a warm, welcoming and friendly customer centric branch environment 
Providing leadership to branch staff daily through one-on-one coaching, morning huddles and end of day meetings 

Planning, organizing and coordinating daily sales, service and operations management processes 

Handling the entire banking operations & day-to-day functions viz. monitoring accounts, reports, deliverable and process workflows, cash counter 
Managing the overall functioning of process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level 

Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity 

Location: Mumbai (Interview schedule on 04th March 2015)
Salary max offered upto 7.50 - 8 Lacs
