Bank Wage Revision 2012-2017 Tentative Final Salary Chart for Officers 10th Bipartite for Bankers


Congratulations to the all the bankers young and old , with the final approvals from the IBA and Bank Unions & associations, we present you the tentative final salary chart for the Officers of Public Section Banks and State bank of India ( SBI )

The calculation and charts are prepared by taking into consideration the HRA and FPP payable to officer employees.
Kindly note that those opting for personal lease or residing in bank quarters will not get HRA so they should minus the HRA from gross also new officers are not getting FPP hence they should minus the FPP also.

Example :

Basic 14500  New Basic 23700 DA 10260 CCA 700 Grade Pay 1420 New Gross =  36,080 Appx ( or Consider 36,000/- ) from the present 31,000/- Gross Hence increase of approximately  15%-16%.

Kindly note that above example is for those officers who are living in bank quarters and not opting for HRA which more than 75% of bankers do.

    In simple terms one can get the increase in the gross salary for Officers without HRA around 15 % and with HRA around 16 %

    Kindly note that, the DA factor has been now reduced from 0.15% per slab to 0.13%, which means that for every increase in slab there will be 0.13% in the basic salary.

    So, this will give more advantage to the people who are having higher basic salary for them every single slab increase will mean an increase of around 60-70 Rs bur for people in officer cadre and new joined from last 3-4 years will be around 38-40 Rs

      with HRA for present basic of 18100 is 47,000 Gross and without HRA 45000 in Gross salary

      PNB Clerk or for that Matter any other PSB clerk , will have the same starting basic, but other allowance will vary as per present allowance.

      In simple calculation the newer Gross Salary will be 15-16% more than the current Gross Salary, for instance if present salary of PSB clerk is 20,000/- then after revision it will be around 23000/-

    As per the previous trends of the factoring of DA slabs, this time the Slab should .13% for every single slab. at present its now .15%, the more higher it is the more better for the bankers @ Harish

    Even after that much hike the PO salary is lower than candidates recruited through ssc cgl ....and this gap will widens even more after 7 pay commission that coming in jan 2016....is there any chance that PO be keep transferred only in homestate...or any planning by banks to work on this in near future because transfer is the major concern in PO job.....what is ur say...
