Fitment :
Fitment shall be stage to stage i.e.; on corresponding stages from 1st Stage onwards and the increments shall fall on the anniversary date as usual.

The above are the basic Salary for various cadres and Dearness Allowance shall be paid upon them, and present Dearness allowance for bankers till July 2015 is 33.7% which is payable on Basic salary as well as on Special allowance which is 7.75% - 11% of Basic salary.
