DA for Bank Employees Increases by 34 Slabs / 3.4% from November 2015 to February 2016

DA for Bank employees for Public sector banks and State Bank of India ( SBI ) to increase by 34 Slabs or 3.4% which now stands at 39.8%.

With the two point increase of All India Consumer Price Index Numbers (AICPIN) for the month of SEPTEMBER ’15, which stood at 266 points , Bank employees will get hefty increase of 34 slabs of D.A. for Nov'15 to Jan'16 quarter.

Accordingly  Bank workmen/Officers  will have  34 slabs increase   in DA payable for next quarter Nov to Jan’16 at 39.80%.(3.40%increase from Existing 36.40%)

Following is the chart for the DA increase as well as changes in the gross salary for all the scales from I to VII.

For the first time Apna Jobs Blogspot has come out with changes in the total gross salary for Bank Employees after the implementation of new DA increase from November 2015.

The above chart also gives the details of the salary payable i.e., gross salary to the staff of Govt banks and SBI. Here we have taken the both CCA 870 and 600 to compute the gross salary.

Final Dearness Allowance ( DA ) For Bank Employees Increases by 2.7% from August 2015

Again from the month of August 2015 , we are almost on our regular prediction target for likely DA increase to final increase in DA for bank employees.

We predicted that it will increase by 2.8%  but finally it came a bit low to 2.7% increase in DA for bankers from August 2015 to October 2015.

Now Final DA upon basic and special allowance for Officers Cadre is given below in detailed chart  the final DA being 36.40%.

Based on the above calculations the new DA will be 110.70%, for the months of  May,  June and  July  2015 for the Public sector bank employees as well as old generation private sector bank employees who are paying according to the IBA pay scale.

Earlier for the Month of February , March and April 2015 the DA for bank staff was at 110.1% and in newer DA increase  of  0.60%. (increase of 4 slabs)

Likely - Projected Dearness Allowance - DA - for PSB Bankers from February 2015

Presently Dearness Allowance ( DA ) for Bank employees including SBI is 109.8% which is for the monthly salary of November 2014, December 2014 and January 2015.

For the next three months which is February 2015, March 2015 and April 2015 the DA is likely to be stagnant or may even fall from the present levels of 109.8% of the basic pay.

As per data released for consumer price index CPI for October and November 2014 is 5774.95 and for December it is likely to be same or fall below to levels of 5750 as projected by our research team.

So for both Clerical and Officer staff of Public sector banks , Old generation private sector banks and State Bank of India ( SBI ) the Dearness allowance is very likely to be at the present levels which is 109.8%

Please also note that there can be even a fall in the DA level for bankers in tune of 0.25% to 0.75%

With Release of CPI data for the Month of July - September 2014 the Final DA ( Dearness Allowance ) chart for Public Sector Bank employees is ready .

DA increases by 49 Slabs from November 2014 for Bank Employees

Which means a increase of 7.35% over the basic salary and now the total DA payable for PSB bank staff is is 109.80% which shall be payable from November 2014 salary onward. .

Please note that the Dearness Allowance payable on the Basic salary in All public sector banks in India as well as in some of the old generation Private sector banks like J&K Bank, Dhanlakshmi Bank, Karnataka Bank, City Union Bank, Federal Bank, South Indian Bank.

The above DA is payable from November 2014 to January 2015 Salary in PSB like Canara Bank, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, OBC, Bank of baroda, Punjab National Bank ( PNB ) including State Bank of India ( SBI ) and all the associate bank of SBI like SBH, SBT, SBM .

The Above increased DA payable to all the staff in all the cadres and depends upon their basic salary so you can see in the table the present DA and expected increased DA with quantum of increased DA.

Likely DA Increase for Bankers From November 2014

As for the Banker the increases every quarter that is in February , May , August and November every year and calculated on the basis of CPI Index.

Index for August 2014 increased by 1 point . As per Index of July, August 2014 DA 49 slabs (7.35%) increase from November, 2014 expected.

With likely increase of 7.35% in Dearness Allowance the total DA for Bankers is set to become 109.80% of Basic Pay.

4.95% rise in dearness Allowance (DA ) of PSB Bankers from August 2014, 33 Slabs

The D.A. ( Dearness Allowance ) of Bank employees has increased by 4.95% now new DA payable from August , September and October 2014 shall be 102.45 % of Basic Pay.
