TCS not to retrench employees, stops salary hike - April 2020 News

India's Largest IT-Software firm has informed that it will not retrench any of its nearly 4.5 Lakhs employees working on its payroll, but has decided not to give any salary hikes this year.

The company said it will honour each of its commitments on new hires by taking all the 40,000 people who have been given offers on board.

The company has reported strong sets of number for the Q 4 ending March 2020 and stock also rallied more than 100 Rs and presently stands at 1800/- per share and 52 Week High at 2300, means this IT giant has not been impacted majorly by present pandemic situation of Covid 19.
