LICHFL Asset Management - Investment Analyst Job 2014

Post: Investment analyst:

No. of Vacancy: One (1).

Qualification: The candidate should be Chartered Accountant or MBA-Finance
(regular course) preferably having experience of 5 years in real estate.

Profile:

Identify&evaluate the project and/or entity level investments
Analyze financial statements and cash flows
Lead data collection process and assist in all due diligences and valuation for investment proposals
Coordination with Developers for data related to progress of the project, cash flow situation
Any other assignment given from time to time
Key Skills: Cash Flow Analysis, Good Communication and writing skills,
Knowledge of MS-Office, Knowledge of terminologies/method/ used in Real Estate,

Experience of 2 years with real estate private equity fund or with an International Property Consultant
in the research & advisory division will be preferable.

Remuneration/Salary: Annual Cost to the Company Rs.10-12 lakhs.

Age Limit: As on 30.09.2014 not more than 40 years.
