Here is the true copy of the letter issued by AIBEA leader Mr Venkatachalam to all the unions for further update on the wage revision of Bankers , which is due for more than two years now.
IT seems that IBA and Unions are playing a volley ball game where each time the ball is passed on to other court and nothing happens and lakhs of young bankers are left in lurch.
The letter is about their meeting on 19th and 20th December 2014, it seems that they are again trying to fool the innocent bankers as already on 17th there is meeting of Labour Ministry with IBA and Unions , so why the meeting after the said date why not before.
