Mindtree a Mid Size IT company, listed on Bombay Stock Exchange is looking for the Oracle HRMS Professional for its Bangalore location with following desired skills.

An IT consultant works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. They work to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in various organizations. Provide strategic guidance to clients with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and enabling major business processes through enhancements to IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Well versed in Human Resource Management Process areas

Must have at least 5 + years of experience of Oracle HRMS – with in depth expertise in at least 3 of the following process areas: HRMS, Payroll, Advance Benefits, Time and Labour and Self Service HR

Must have at least 2 plus years’ experience in Fusion HCM in at least 3 of the following modules: Global Human Resources, Global Payroll, Benefits, Goal Management, Performance Management, Performance Management and Workforce Compensation

Having at least two End to End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations

Extensive experience in Conference room pilot (CRP), Requirements gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution 
Design and Application Configuration

Proven experience of participating in pre-sales as SME, has led solution design and estimation for proposals

Work closely with the cross functional teams to understand the downstream/upstream impacts during the design process

Knowledge of Oracle AIM documentation, preparing BR100, MD50
