GO AIR staff to face deferred and graded salary payment during COVID 19

GO Air on has informed that it will be making deferred and graded payment of salaries to its staff due to Airline sector being grounded due to Corona-COVID 19 pandemic.

Analysis :

This announcement is another blow to service sector job people for our country as big profit making corporate when going good taking most of their staff and when going is tough they are hurting their staff at most from which they are only making profits.

I hope all of would have make some last minute flight booking which are costing almost double or three times the normal ticket price and during cancellation we have to forego the whole booking amount and these airlines are making huge profits from our hard earned money but when it comes to taking care of their staff during the global tough times they are leaving them in lurch.

Important thing to note here is that so called Trade Unions and Socialist political party are silent on this. And government is busy figuring out how to get more taxes from the general public directly or indirectly.

Lets hope that at least these giant Indian Corporate sector takes a wise decision and start respecting their employees and pay them their salaries and set a global ethical example.
