BHEL is country’s premier engineering organization and one of the NAVARATNA PSUs and caters to core sectors of Indian economy viz Power Generation and Transmission, Industry, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, having 14 Manufacturing Divisions, 08 Service Divisions, 15 Regional Offices, 04 Power Sector Regional Centres and over 100 Project Sites spread all over the Country. The financial turnover during the year 2007-08 was Rs.21,401 Crores and Current Order Book is of around Rs.1,20,000 Crores. 1. Supervisor Trainee Finance

• Qualification :

  Full time B.Com Degree with minimum 70% marks from a recognised Indian University
  

  Upper Age Limit (as on 01st Jan, 2009) :

  - 27 years ( Candidates born before 01-Jan-1982 are not eligible to apply).

  For Departmental Candidates (BHEL Employees):
  
  B.Com Degree through Full-time/ part-time/ Correspondence from a recognised Indian University with minimum 60% marks for Gen/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.

• Selection Process consists of Written Test and Personal Interview.

  The Written Test papers will be objective type in nature and will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English.
  
  Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for being invited for objective type written test at their own expense in the ratio of 1:20 to the number of vacancies.
  

2. Executive Trainee Finance

• Qualifications :

• Qualified CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) from ICAI Or COST ACCOUNTANT (ICWA) from ICWAI

Upper Age Limit as on 1st January, 2009:

• 29 years ( Candidates born before 01-January-1980 are not Eligible to apply).

• Selection Process will consists of only Personal Interview for which candidates will be invited in the ratio of 1:4 to the number of vacancies based on the percentage of marks (Total of inter and final) secured by the candidates in their CA/ICWA respectively.

  In addition, Physically Challanged candidates shall be invited for Interview by according 20% relaxation in the cut-off of CA/ICWA Marks.
