1. Management Trainee -- Fresh engineers who have passed out in 2008 or passing out in mid 2009 are eligible to apply with minimum 65% marks in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation , chemical.

and after successful completion absorb with package of 5.8 lac pa

2. Engineers : engineers who are passing out in 2009 are eligible to apply ( 2 ye full time post graduate engineering degree )
