Primary responsibility would include strategic alliance with Top Developers from South / West India.
1 - 2 years of relevant post qualification experience.
Software Analyst
Responsible for development of core functionalities, drawing code architecture reviewing of code post development / maintenance, documentation. Minimum 2 years of post education experience in Core J2EE, EJBs, XML, Hibernate, JSF and JSB. RDBMS expertise preferably in Oracle required.
Manager – Finance
A C.A. with minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification experience. Will be responsible for maintenance and finalization of accounts, applying for various business and regulatory licenses like Shops & Establishments / Business Commencement Certificate /AMFI /MSB, preparation, vetting, executing and proper upkeep of various legal documents including agreements, non-disclosure agreements and M.O.U.s Would have active involvement in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Audit by Regulatory bodies.
