We are looking for suitable candidates for the post of Equity Advisor – Active Trader Group in ICICI Securities Ltd.

Following are the details of the Open Position:
Position : Equity Advisor – Active Trader Group
Grade : E 2
Location : Mumbai
Age : 22 to 30 Years
CTC : 3 L pa [Min Fixed Pay]
Qualification : Graduation + MBA [Preferred] [Final Year Result Awaited Is Ok]
Experience : MBA + Fresher
Employment Type : Direct Pay Rolls

Job Responsibilities : Will be responsible for HNI Client Acquisition, Equity Advisory and Dealing.
Achieve Business Objectives of sales numbers, revenue and product mix.
Improve business generation from new and existing clients
Cement existing relationships, develop new ones; strong service attitude.
Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same
Ability to acquire, advise and handle relationships of top end clients
Should be proficient in equity and derivatives products and understanding of equity markets.

Specifications : The role involves conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial requirements, analysing information and recommending portfolios best suited to individual clients' requirements.
Advising clients on products and services available, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale.
Liasioning with the research team to design financial strategies to meet individual requirement.
Providing clients with information on new and existing products and services and assisting clients to make informed decisions.
Promoting and selling financial products to meet revenue targets.
Preparing and sending out transaction summaries of investments
Job provides exposure across all segments of financial products - Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Mortgages etc
