JOB TITLE: Assistant Relationship Manager – Investment Advisory

Job Description:
  • Achieve allocated business targets and achieve the recommended product mix
  • Understand and advising clients based on their needs for Home Loans/ Loan Against Property
  • Maintain proper records of client communication and advise given
  • Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines
  • Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations
  • Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets
  • Ensure high level of customer service. Manage difficult customer situations
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in sales process audits and other inspections
  • Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • Through understanding of Home loan/Loan against property along with excellent communication skills.
  • Graduate is a must
  • The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 year + with a top Mortgage lender bank or NBFC.
Experience: 1-3 years sales

General
He/she should be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of working in dynamic environment
