• Undergraduates with 6 months of BPO experience or 12 months of other industry experience.
• Candidates must have excellent English Communication skills and should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.

Customer Care Executive ( Non Voice ) - 

• Graduates in any discipline
• HSC with minimum 6 months of BPO experience or 12 months of service experience and 24 months of other experience.
• Candidate must have excellent Written Communication skills and should be comfortable in rotational shifts.
