SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT (JOB DESCRIPTION)
Sharepoint Developer 3 to 8 Years 3 years of experience in IT Services. Complete understanding of SharePoint 2013 Architecture and Object Model. Experience in Infopath forms development is a must, Workflows, Event-receivers, timer jobs and custom webparts, Experience in sharepoint Migration from 2007 to 2013. Experience in rich branding internet sites with social feature Experience in jQuery, Out of the Box features of SP 2013. Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with developers as well as end users Knowledge and implementation of Coding Best Practices.
LANSA 5 to 10 Years Hands on experience in Lansa. Able to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.Need to develop/Support application. Resolve the requests/issues notified during the support hours. Clarify queries from development team and where necessary, engage with Customer ‘Subject Matter Experts’. Build and manage system/application documentation.Take knowledge transition from incumbent supplier/customer. Manage the SLA.Delivery for the related application/application groups. Participate in preparing weekly report and monthly report.

Portal Architect / Technical Lead 4 to 8 Years 4 to 8 years experience in Java / J2EE and Websphere Portal skills
Oracle DBA 3 to 5 Years Hands on experience in Oracle DBA
Sysbase IQ Developer / Lead Developer 3 to 8 Years Hands on experience in Sysbase IQ Development .
Netezza Developer / Lead Developer 3 to 8 Years Hands on experience in Netezza development .
Informatica Developer 4 to 8 Years Hands on experience in Informatica Development.
Siebel Administrator 3 to 6 years Hands on experience in Siebel Production Support area.
Splunk 2 to 4 Years Strong experience in Splunk, system architecture, understanding of operations, system management process, powershell and scripting
