* To work on minor enhancements and to provide SL3 application support Responsibilities Gathering and Analyzing requirements for small enhancement.
* Design and Development, Unit Testing, UAT Support, Production Release, Post Production support.
* Providing workaround solution for Production incidents.
* Providing root cause analysis and suggesting permanent fixes
* Liaising with Vendors for production issues for Vendor Apps for solution and remediation
