Public Sector Bank 11th Bipartite Basic and Full Salary Chart Part 2/3

As like last Wage Revision of Public Sector Banker are again at the forefront to publish the New Salary chart of Bankers after the wage negotiations was signed yesterday.

Here is the part 2 of the three chart showing the full details of present basic from 40,710 to 57,520

Kindly note that Old Gross has been without adding HRA, as most of the PSB Officers are residing on Lease accommodation.

Second Last column of the  chart gives the differential salary increase with old Gross salary.

Last column shows the New Gross salary with HRA for those who are claiming the HRA

Lines in the red colour indicates the starting Salary of the starting pay grade like Scale 1,2,3 ...

  3. We are only updating the calculations based on the mutual agreements between bank unions and IBA, so whether the final wage revision is better or worse we are unable to comment.
