Arrears Calculation Chart for Bankers after 11th Bipartite Wage Revision July 2020

Following are the Calculation of Arrears for the Public Sector Bank Employees who wage revision was mutually agreed between IBA and Unions.

Kindly note that amount equivalent to One Gross Salary has already been credited to the Bankers on Ad-Hoc basis hence that needs to be reduced for arriving at the final arrears , as we have in the table given the total arrears payable.

In 10th bipartite settlement one of my staff member who is a substaff got 98000 arrear whose last inhand salary was 21000. 10th bps was agreed at same percentage and this arrear amount is for 33 months. Here your calculating arrear for a officer which is 89000 who is taking inhand salary about 40k. Assume adding one month salary is not paid earlier as adhoc.it becomes 129000 which is still very less compared to 98000. So i will advise u to check ur calculations again.

    1. Your old BPS data arrear is not correct.
      I was 2011 clerk promoted to officer in 2015.
      Got 80000 as total arrear .
      After tax and nps in hand was 60k

      It will be 89000-40k=49k less tds = 40/45 k in hand
