Eligibility for the Program 

• First Class BE/B Tech graduate of the 2015 Batch Only
• Secured minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.75% on a scale of 10 in Core Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Branches alone
• Have a consistently good academic record in Std 10th , 12th , with minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.5 on a scale of 10.

Scholarship : CTC on absorption upon successful completion of the course exceeds INR 6 Lakh per annum

Qualification: First-class graduates with minimum aggregate average of 60% or CGPA of 6.75 on a scale of 10 in Civil /Mechanical /Electrical Engineering who will pass out in 2015 from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
 
Age: Not more than 23 years as on 01-07-2015.

Minimum Height: 160 cm.

Minimum Weight: 50kg.

Vision: If wearing glasses, power should be less than ± 5.0 dioptres.

Tech in construction technology at IIT Madras, IIT Delhi and NIT Surathkal & NIT Trichy and developing themselves as Project Managers. 

The scholarship reinforces L&T Construction's keenness enhance industry  academic interface. The 24 Month course will commence from July 2015

Qualifications :- Only First Class Graduate with following consistent academic record :

• 10th Std Minimum 60% Marks or 6.5% CGPA on scale of 10
• 12th Std Minimum 60% Marks or 6.5% CGPA on scale of 10
• B.E. / B/ Tech: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.75% on a scale of 10 in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering who will pass out in 2015 from recognized Indian University / Institute

Age :- Not more than 23 years as on 1 July 2015

Minimum Height : 160 Cms

Minimum Weight : 50 kg

Vision : If wearing glasses, the power should be less than -+5.0 Diopters

Selection Process :- Involves, qualifying in GATE 2015 written test and interview conducted by IITs and NITs in co-ordination with L&T Construction .

FInal selection will be subject to medical fitness

Scholarship : For the 24 month course, L&T will pay candidates a stipend of INR 9000/- Per MOnth as well as sponsorship and tuition fee to IITs/ NITs.

Employment :- Those who sucessfully complete the course will be considered for employment in permanent cadre in accordance with terms and condition of the company

The total emolument at current CTC exceeds 5 Lakh per annum

Undertaking / Bond : The selected candidate has to serve an undertaking of INR 3 Lakh to serve the company for 5 years.
