Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Credit Officers in Officer’ Grade/Scale-II

1. Age: Candidate should be in the age group of 25 - 35 years as on 30.06.2014.

2. Qualification: Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant form Institute of

Chartered Accountants of India or Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) from Institute

of Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI) or qualified ICWA from Institute of Cost and

Works Accountants of India or qualified MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks from

a recognized University or AICTE approved Reputed Institute.

3. Experience: Candidate should have minimum -2- years experience in the field of

credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutes as on 30.06.2014.

Eligibility criteria for Specialist Credit Officers in Officers’ Grade/Scale-III

I. Age: Candidate should be in the age group of 25- 40 years as on 30.06.2014.

II. Qualification: Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant form Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India or Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) from
Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI) or qualified ICWA from Institute of
Cost and Works Accountants of India or qualified MBA (Finance) with minimum
60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved reputed institute.

III. Experience: Candidate should have minimum -3- years experience in the field of
credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutes as on 30.06.2014.

The Nainital Bank Limited Recruitment of Management Trainees June 2014

Eligibility Criteria:
i. Age- Candidate should be in the age group of 21-27 years as on 30.06.2014.
Upper age limit may be relaxable by -5- years in case of suitable SC/ST
candidates, subject to production of Caste Certificate to the satisfaction of the
Bank.
ii. Qualification- Graduation with minimum 60% marks and Post Graduation
with minimum 55% marks in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce/
Management/ Agriculture/Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Law/HRM)
from recognized University/ Institute. The SC/ST candidates will be given
relaxation of 5% in the minimum required percentage of marks. Proficiency in
Computer Operations and knowledge of Hindi & English both languages are
essential.
iii. Fee: Rs. 800.00 (Rupees eight hundred only) in case of general candidates and
Rs. 400.00 (Rupees four hundred only)

iv. Remuneration- During the period of two years’ assignment, as Management
Trainee, shall be eligible for consolidated lump-sum amount of Rs. 18,000.00 per
month in the first year and Rs. 23,000.00 per month in the second year. The
selected Management Trainees, after completion of active Two Years satisfactory
assignment as Management Trainee and found suitable shall be absorbed in
Bank’s service as DRO’s in Officers Grade/Scale-I, at sole discretion of the Bank.
