Job Description Key Requirements - Understanding of Banking products and services - Manage Retail customers over phone providing financial planning and achieve Revenue Target. Advise Clients on their Product Requirement - Ability to build a relationship with the customers mapped to make the account the primary Bank account for the customer and grow balances - Responsible for on boarding , regular engagement with the customer to ensure channel activation and cross sell all the products of the bank across liabilities and assets - Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction - Very good communication skills especially over the phone. This is not a role of tele-calling on bank customers for revenue but managing and growing an assigned base of customers

Skills Required Role: Manage an assigned base of the Bank over the phone. Relationship management over the phone. Responsible for growth of the balances and cross sell to the customer. This is sales role
