Today All India Bank Employees Association ( AIBEA ) has issued a circular letter No 27/122/2015/18 Dated 2nd April , 2015 which says that there shall be Full Holiday on 2nd and 4th Saturday of every months, but the exact date of implementation has not yet been made public.
Hence it is likely that , the date may be some future date rather than 11th and 25th April 2015, It looks that after the confirmation of RBI and IBA the exact date shall be announced for implementation of 2nd and 4th Holiday for Public Sector as well as Private sector bank staff.
Our Verdict : With this confirmation , AIBEA has put a hold on the discussion that , the 2nd and 4th Saturday off for bankers was put on hold or scrapped as was the news previously published all over as well as on our blog site www.apnajobs.blogspot.com , with this confirmation of circular , the copy of which is attached with this post, now there shall be a 2nd and 4th Saturday off for bankers , for exact date announcement will be made later, but we think that this may happen from the Month of May or June 2015 after the final implementation of wage salary revision.
