Official and Final , Pay Revision and Salary Chart of Officers Released

Here is the final list of officers salary chart after the wage revision, as predicted earlier by us , the increase in Gross is around 15% for the officers staff of public sector bank.
 The basic starts from 23,700 from earlier 14,500, and Present DA being 33.73%, but important thing here to note is that DA Factor has been reduced to .10% from earlier of .15% which means with every slab increase in DA there will be only 0.10% increase in salary ( DA Payable on Basic + Special Pay )

There has been big blow on the Medical Aid front too, it was expected for officers to be 15,390 but it has only been increased to 7900 from 5100/-.
Kindly note that you will get arrears too on this that is 2800 * 4 Years ie 2012-15 which is 11,200/- will be medical paid to employees.

In our view this has been one of the worst wage settlement the bankers have seen and arrears will too be on the lower side.

There was quite a bit rumours about the details of pay structure and there were several news and various details given but now this is the final and official circular of AIBEA for latest pay revision of bankers.

Clerical Final Chart After Wage Revision 2015,New Salary Chart for Clerk

Finally some respite for the Bankers, the final chart for clerical staff is released now.
Following are the details of the salary chart.
 These are the detailed charts of salary increase and other allowance which the clerk staff will get in bank after the wage revision 2012 which is final and to be signed on 25th May 2015
The above chart has been received from big union leaders close to us, kindly bear with us as image is not very clear, but totally readable.

We are still awaiting the chart of Officers after wage revision.

  • Provides the Life Insurance of INR 2 Lakh 
  • All the saving bank customer in the age bracket of 18 to 50 years are eligible to enrol. 
  • Annual Premium is INR 330/- Per Annum ( Presently no service tax is levied on this )
  • First cover period is 1 June 2015 to 31 May 2016
  • Irrespective of enrolment period the first renewal premium will fall on 1st June 2016
  • Payment mode is auto debit mode from the account holders account
  • Coverage is till 55 Years of Age
  • Policy terminates on attaining 55 years of age, closure of bank account, insufficient fund in account for payment of premium
  • If you have terminated your policy and want to rejoin then you can do so by paying the premium and submitting the Good Health declaration form.
  • No survival benefit is given when policy gets completed

Our View :

  1. Scheme is very good especially for poor people as they can not afford the higher cost insurance policy 
  2. The premium is same throughout the policy period irrespective of enrolment date hence good for people who fall in higher age bracket.
  3. Those who can afford the other insurance policy and are of very young age till age of 30 can go for Online Insurance Plan Policies which offer very higher sum assured / death benefit upon very low premium.

Newspaper Report about court matter on Bankers Wage Revision - Will it Halt

Check out the blow newspaper news of Paper HINDUSTAN which reports that there is likely to be a court stay on the Wage Revision of Bank employees due from November 2012, the report says that as most of  the Leaders are Retired Bank employees hence they are not eligible to negotiate on part of the present bank employees.
The court has said that this matter is to be completed within 6 months in collaboration with the petitioner , Bank unions and IBA.

"It seems that all things are finalised for the signing to be done for Wage Revision of 10th Bipartite wage revision on 22-23rd May 2015. But it is difficult to say as what will be the impact of this court order on the outcome of wage revision which has been lingering for more than 30 months and new wage revision is due from 1 November 2017"

Very True Description of Fate of Indian Banker and those struggling for Wage Revision

The public sector bank employees are one of the lowest paid salaried job in India and that too with very less dignity and over burdened pressure of both Management and customers.
And the status of Bankers wage revision we all know is due from 1 November 2012, the so called 10th Bi Partite settlement but till now more than 30 Months have passed but there is not any concrete plan whereas the initial process of Central Pay commission due from 2016 is already started by government.

And just see how bank unions like UFBU, AIBEA and many others are sleeping while IBA is putting them at gun point for targets. Lets hope that in future the status and working condition in pubic sector bank becomes better which will reduce the attrition rate in PSB including SBI, as younger generations are leaving the bank job for better career prospects, & even becoming clerical staff in State Govt.

Proposed pay structure submitted to IBA for New Wage Revision of Clerks in PSB

Here is the proposed new pay structure submitted by bank unions to the IBA for approval upon which the new pay scales will be implemented in the Public sector bank and State bank of India.
 Kindly note that our earlier predictions came vary true in case of officers also , as the same formula has been applied in case of clerical staffs also , here they have not been given grade pay but instead higher HRA therefore the final increase in Gross salary of bank clerk after wage revision is around 15% , which he had also informed earlier.
The other allowance have been increased which augurs well for the bank clerk staffs , here the proposed transport allowance in much higher additionally PQP and FPP has also been increased which will be beneficial in the long term for clerical staffs in Bank.

Candidates must be smart with attractive personality and excellent communication skills, Previous experience is not required.

SUPERVISOR ( Male ) - Salary INR 15,000/-
Idea candidates should have a minimum of 3 Years experience in retail industry and should have held a similar position. He must also have the ability to supervise the showroom
Minimum educational qualification + 2 Age Below 30 years

COMPUTER OPERATOR ( Male ) - Salary 17,500/-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is a requisite. Should have excellent competence in computer skills.

·                  Expert skills in  writing complex SQL queries and designing BI/ETL solutions experience with SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008R2 and 2012 tools with a focus on SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
·                  Exceptional understanding and experience with relational datasets, data warehouses, data mining and ETL techniques
·                  Performance tune SSIS packages and solutions to improve the overall execution time.
·                  Expert hands-on experience to design and implement BI/ETL architecture solutions according to standards and best practices
·                  Complete understanding of SSIS framework, administration, maintenance and configuration
·                  Building the data integration flows in an efficient way to avoid duplication of code and allow easy updates in the future
·                  Develop and maintain T-SQL code (stored procedure, functions, etc…) as needed.
·                  Partner directly with other ETL developers, data architects, clients, other technical data warehouse team members and database administrators to design and develop high performing BI/ETL solutions.
·                  Ensure solution designs address performance requirements, reusability, availability, integrity, security challenges, and business functional requirements
